LEGAL ASSISTANT

We are currently looking for a Legal Assistant (full-time, with an immediate start, located in Munich or willing to relocate) for supporting our business activities in Europe.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support of Managament department;
  • Review and draft contracts;
  • Interpret and communicate work procedures and company policies to staff;
  • Implement corporate policies, procedures, and service standards in conjunction with management;
  • Supervise the work of office, administrative, or customer service employees to ensure adherence to quality; standards, deadlines, and proper procedures, correcting errors or problems;
  • Evaluate employees’ job performance and conformance to regulations, and recommend appropriate personnel action.
  • Routine clerical and organizational tasks: maintain and organize files, draft documents and messages, schedule appointments, and support other staff;

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Very good written and oral communication skills in German and English;
  • University degree in law in progress or already acquired
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written;
  • Attention to detail and keen observation skills;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team;
  • High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information;
  • Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases;

RESEARCH ENGINEER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Participation in preparation, filing, leading and supervision of Russian and International inventions and utility model applications;
  • Preparation of answers to the questions of patent experts;
  • Managing the process for meeting all required deadlines for payment of registration and patent fees;
  • Prolongation and re-registration of intellectual properties;
  • Patent searching in Russian and foreign databases, analysing the novelty of inventions and utility model in order to determine the patentability;
  • Participation in R&D work for developing and putting into production of titanium alloys for application in various industries;
  • Participation in planning program and methodology of testing, participation in testing, processing of test results and preparation of report based on the test results;
  • Participation in the preparation of normative technical documentations;
  • Participation in negotiations with suppliers and customers.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High education – Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Physic;
  • Additional education in the field of patents and intellectual property protection (desirable);
  • Experience of working as an expert on patents (desirable);
  • Knowledge of Russian legislation and practice in the field of registration and protection of intellectual property rights, in particular, inventions, utility models, know-how (desirable);
  • Fundamental knowledge in physics, mechanical and materials engineering, algorithms, and researching;
  • Knowledge of international procedures for registration of patent rights (desirable);
  • Foreign languages: English (at least Intermediate) and German (desirable);
  • The analytical mind, capacity for self-learning, attentiveness in work;
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office (basic package + MS Project);
  • Ability to work effectively and quickly make adequate decisions in stressful situations and constantly changing business conditions;
  • Ability correctly expound and formulate texts.

TEAM ASSISTANT

We are currently looking for a Team assistant (full-time) for supporting our business activities in Europe.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • support of Sales and Operations department;
  • routine clerical and organizational tasks: organize files, draft messages, schedule appointments, and support other staff;
  • sorting and distributing incoming emails/post and organizing and sending outgoing post;
  • seek and evaluate qualified supplies and subcontractors to provide quality goods/service;
  • follow shipment procedure to ensure that goods are coming to a right place in right time;
  • ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment supplies;
  • develop and maintain relationships with warehouse and transporting subcontractors.
  • booking and sorting expenses; maintaining office budget
  • liaising with colleagues and external contacts to book travel and accommodation;

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Good written and oral communication skills in English and conversational German
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Should have the ability to meet targets
